Randy Krieger Randy Krieger was born in Winona, Minnesota and raised in Austin, Minnesota (where SPAM is made). In 1982 he graduated from Concordia University – Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education majoring in Mathematics and Physical Education. In 1993 he received a Master of Science Degree in Secondary Administration from the same university. Mr. Krieger has twenty-six years experience in education – two years in elementary, two years in college, and twenty-two years in high school. Over the years he has taught math, physical education, theology and has also co-authored six college math textbook solution manuals for Addison Wesley. He was twice named “Tandy Math Educator of the Year” at Salt Lake Lutheran High School. Athletically, Mr. Krieger has years of experience coaching football, basketball, track & field and volleyball. Mr. Krieger has been married to his wife Sue for the past twenty-five years. They have four children – Karin, a graduate of Concordia University-Nebraska who is studying to be a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Creighton University, Bryant, a senior at Concordia University-Nebraska studying Sports Management and Business, Courtney, a freshman at California Lutheran University studying Exercise Science, and William, who is a kindergarten student and was adopted in January 2008. Working with high school youth is a privilege and responsibility Mr. Krieger takes very seriously. As a Christian role model, he enjoys developing strong relationships with his students, giving them the confidence to believe in their God-given talents in the classroom and athletic arena.
