Richell Conway Richell was born and raised into a Christian family in Phoenix , Arizona. From the time that she was in Kindergarten she wanted to be a teacher. Richell went to Cactus High School, enrolled in Child Development classes, and worked in the preschool on campus. After graduating, she entered Glendale Community College and took many early childhood development courses. While attending GCC, Richell was told of employment opportunities at Joy Preschool. She applied, was interviewed and hired all on the same day! She has been employed at Joy since that time and loves teaching the children about Jesus’ love. It brightens her day to tell the kids about Jesus and see their faces light up. In her spare time, she is quite involved with the youth at Happy Valley Baptist Church. She leads a junior high girl’s small group, sings in the praise band and is just like a big sister to many of the girls. At the age of 17, she felt there was an empty spot in her heart. At that time, she asked Jesus into her life to be her best friend. She feels He has helped her with everything.
